Welcome to our first newsletter for 2008-2009. Usually our format is more of a newspaper type, however for our first one we’re going to do a “Did ya know” format.

Did Ya Know?

• That the first week went fantastic. The teachers are so excited with each class and the Parents did very well too! The kids, well, they are always great!
• That we have a white mailbox by the Preschool Office Door for you to drop off your tuition. The tuition has been divided up into 10 payments. Your 1st payment was paid when you turned in your paperwork; payment #2 is due now! And the 3rd payment is due October 1st (late after the 10th). If you would prefer you can pay for the year and receive a 5% discount and that needs to be paid by October 1st (call the office and we can give you that amount). Payment amounts are as follows: 5 days is $460.00; 3 days is $310.00; and 2 days is $215.00 Parent/toddler is $85.00
• That we are a Nut Free School
• That we have a web site www.wpcwestlake.org (click on Preschool.)
• That we are always looking for ways to involve our families, such as; Dads have built our stage and our little patio under the Liquid Amber Tree, Moms have helped with our children’s garden, sewing costumes and back drops for our stage. So if you have an area of expertise that you are willing to share just let us know! We can always use the support.
• Speaking of support. . .That we have a very active PAB (Parent Advisory Board) Their first event is our Family Fun Dinner on October 4th. We hope you can all make it! Join in the fun! Meet new friends!
• That the door to the office is always available for you to come in and ask questions, seek advice, get a lollipop or a cup of coffee and that we have the best view of our “outdoor classroom
